Joined ER about a month ago and have had an awesome experience so far. The gym itself is clean, well maintained, private and often quiet so it’s always a pleasure to work out there. All of the staff are super friendly and keen to help you reach your goals.
My month’s worth of PT sessions with Dan have been fantastic. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. He’s designed a great (strength training) workout plan and helped me really crack down on proper form while I’ve been re-learning the gym. I definitely feel more confident and motivated as a result of working out with him, plus, it’s been really fun!

Shame I no longer live in NZ because I loved working out with her and loved the gym. It's so rare to be in a gym with natural light and windows. So clean, my towel smelled of coconut, how good is that?
Emmy is very knowledgeable and experienced, fun and encouraging. Her instructions are very clear and I liked the combination of easy, moderate and challenging in the exercises she put me through today. Read moreHave been at ER for the last 4 years and could not recommend it enough. I started going as the quality of the equipment is high, it has a relaxed friendly feel, the changing rooms and showers are great, and they provide towels foc.
For the last 3 years I have been getting trained by Emile 2-3 times a week. He has totally changed my health trajectory. He is extremely knowledgeable about injury prevention and basically tailors a workout around how I am feeling when I walk through the door.
I have now made my Dad go to Emile to increase his longevity on the golf course. He has always hated gyms, but now never misses a workout with Emile, as they have built gradually over time.
