To your response : I appreciate your sorry but really you are saying just because there was no blood doesn’t mean there could be no infection. As you can see there is a small pus near the pinky finger. It doesn’t matter if the blood came or not I am stressing about the spread of infection from your filing tools if it will be used on some other client after me the infection can spread to the next person and the technician as well. I hope you sterilise your tools after every use because if not then you are putting your customers at risk. I am calling myself a newbee. Another demerit is communication, I couldn’t understand what my technician is saying
I am giving one star because I felt I was not just fooled first time but second time as well. As a new bee in NZ i went up to this nail salon she did advise me well first time but ended up charging me unnecessarily for oil color ( not done properly). I am still fine until then thinking thats what salon people make money from but the second time I went to get a manicure done, this time she took of the colour of previous one and didn't even do my manicure properly and suggested to put artificial nails and during the process cut my cuticle leading to cut in my skin during filing nails. So I am paying to get hurt and not even doing the nails properly nails look distorted and cuticle looks unclean. When asked another colleague she said she will do the manicure properly next time. This nail area is not hygienic so I am worried after leaving the salon instead of feeling happy twice. So please be aware. Booked with them but when i reach near by the shop i called them atleast 20 many times no body picked the call. I somehow find the shop and i just enter the shop lady said oh we cant take you, because you come after 30 mins even though i told her on the phone that i am new to the place and i am walking i will take 30 mins and i was lost. She was very rude infront of other customers and keep on telling me we are booked. They havnt apologize nothing its a time wasters and rude they dont care about customers they are in hurry to close the shop. They immediately start talking in their language when i start moving out.
