Sunglass Hut Newmarket — Local services in Waitematā

I have been buying at this store for many years. Emma was a star in customer service. But today's experience was the worst. Young Asian woman was so rude and arrogant in her dealing. First of all, her response was that it doesn't mean they stock all the glasses if their store is bigger than the Saint Luke's. All I asked was if they have a particular design. Secondly she started that they were closing the store at 4pm to which I responded, is that right? And she said if you listen to me, that we are closing to take break, to restocking and cleaning all the products and she added that she's entitled to have a break legally. She said all this to me, just because I simply exclaimed, is that right? Why on earth would I object to someone's break time? That woman is full of arrogance and probably in a mood to insult others. She has no right to treat customers like this. Saint Luke's store said to us that Newmarket mall store has bigger collection and this is my only fault, referring to her that I thought I could find that particular product here to which she could have simply said, that unfortunately they don't have that item. But no, she had to say that being a bigger store doesn't mean they stock all the items. She has no right to offend anyone with her ugly customer service. Please be respectful to others, this is all I have to say, in case...

I was in Newmarket on 10/06/22.

The staff are horrible. I told her she was wasting my time recommending me glasses because I know what I wanted. She just said this is my service style and would not apologise.

This is so appalling. I told her to stop touching my Tiffany sunglasses after I paid. She stood at the counter for 5 minutes taking the tag off when I asked her to stop.
