Hardly ever busy and so often no need to wait for equipment, but if you do everyone is super friendly and the environment is like a private club. Your membership fee gets you so much in addition to just the usual gym area, 24/7 after hours access, personal trainers, access to an app to keep track of your workouts, sauna, steam room, hot plunge pool, cold plunge pool, parking, laundry service, towels, private locker, lounge and kitchen (there’s even a chef cooking breakfasts).
