shopping early morning saturday and was an awful experince. i wanted to usr a voucher i had been emailed a reminder 3 times this week saying it was expiring soon. The manager Toni told me it didn’t exist and ii would have to come back, even after showing her the 3 emails i received this week. she also followed me around the store and told me to use changing room one. when i went in was no space to hang anything i wanted to try as everything i had looked at in store had been placed i. there, all in a size too big!! if customer focus was as much a foucus as trying ti upsell it might have been a nicer experince. Will not be back.....

Have been a regular customer at Witchery Newmarket and usually love coming in however the server today with short white hair could not have been more rude. Followed me unnecessarily around the store (not in a helpful way) and when purchasing was disinterested and short. I was very close to walking out without purchasing. I see there has been another complaint regarding this lady so perhaps it is time for some additional training on customer service or a career change....

Dresses are over priced for the design and quality. Not to mention the old lady (was very rude) ruined my whole day. After a busy week just wanted to treat my self with new dresses. Sitting on the couch she says “she doesn’t want any marks on the coach” like excuse you. With that age you must have lost all your professionalism too. Very tragically disappointed. But the cashier was sweet as she served us. She deserves...
