I recently had the most unforgettable trip to Boracay, and I owe so much of that to our incredible tour guides, Nassy (Nasario) and Minion. From the very beginning, they made us feel like family, and their warmth and kindness set the tone for an amazing adventure.

Our excursions were fantastic, from the Island Hopping tour with snorkeling, cave exploration, and a delicious Filipino lunch, to the thrilling Land Tour with ATVing, River Swimming, Kayaking, Ziplining, and the unforgettable Kawa Bath. Every moment was perfectly planned, and Nassy and Minion ensured we were safe, comfortable, and having fun.

We also added a few extra activities for an additional cost, including the Banana Boat ride and Jet Skiing, which were absolutely worth it for the excitement and fun they added to the trip.

What sets Nassy and Minion apart is their genuine love for what they do. They are knowledgeable, kind, and easy to talk to, making every moment feel like time spent with friends. Their passion for tourism and hospitality is clear, and I’m sure they’ll both excel in their careers.

當天（2025/6/23）早上天氣惡劣、風雨交加，我主動聯繫客服詢問是否會因安全因素取消行程。對方先是說航班仍照常進行，中午會再通知。直到 12:33 才回覆航班因天氣暫停，詢問我是否改期。我表明「當晚就要離開長灘島」，明確要求取消行程。

對方當下同意，並請我提供離境航班資訊作為佐證，接著還主動要我聯繫 KKday 辦理退款，代表已確認取消。沒想到不到十分鐘後，竟突然改口說航班恢復，完全推翻先前所有承諾，態度強硬又狡猾，令人無法接受。

我要強調的是：一個好的公司，應該懂得如何控制風險。像 I LOVE PILIPINAS TOURS, INC. 這樣的公司，只想著賺錢，把旅客的風險推到邊緣，是極度不可取的行為。

大家要知道，即使在風和日麗的天氣下，直升機都可能發生風險，更何況是在暴風雨仍持續的狀況下。我可以理解公司想挽留客戶、增加營收的動機，但絕對不能在這種天氣條件下還堅持執飛，這不只是貪婪，更是拿乘客安全當賭注。

幸好最後我直接聯繫 KKday 客服，他們立即接手處理，態度專業、效率極高，才讓這場混亂有了妥善的收尾。相比之下，KKday 展現了真正對顧客負責的態度，也證明了他們是一個可以信賴的平台。

I booked a helicopter tour in Boracay through KKDay with I LOVE PILIPINAS TOURS, INC., and the entire experience was extremely disappointing and concerning.

On the morning of June 23, 2025, the weather was terrible — heavy rain and strong winds. I reached out to ask if the flight would be canceled for safety reasons. They initially told me the flight was still ongoing and promised an update at noon. At 12:33 PM, they informed me the flight was on hold due to the weather and asked if I’d like to reschedule.

I replied that I would be leaving Boracay that evening and clearly requested a cancellation. They acknowledged this, asked for my flight details, and even told me to contact KKday to request a refund — which clearly confirmed the cancellation.

But less than 10 minutes later, they changed their position and said the tour would resume. They went back on their word, with a cold and unprofessional tone that made the experience even more frustrating.

Let me be clear: a responsible company knows how to manage risk. A company like I LOVE PILIPINAS TOURS, INC. that prioritizes revenue over safety and pushes all risk onto its customers is absolutely unacceptable.

Everyone should understand — even on a clear sunny day, flying in a helicopter carries inherent risks. So what kind of company insists on flying during stormy weather?

I understand that businesses want to retain customers and protect revenue, but that should never come at the cost of basic safety and ethics.

Thankfully, KKday handled the situation with professionalism and efficiency. They immediately understood what happened and helped me process the refund without delay. Their service was respectful, reliable, and reassuring — a complete contrast to the tour operator..
