Honest Review of Noljago Travel Agency

Our experience with Noljago had both highs and lows. Initially, booking through Facebook was a bit challenging. The person responding didn’t fully understand my inquiries, which led to some frustrating exchanges. This miscommunication continued when I tried to settle my balance via bank transfer on the morning of our first tour, so I ultimately decided to pay in person with the tour guide instead.

That said, I did appreciate that they reminded me of my booking a day before the activities, which was helpful. A nice touch was the gift from Noljago and the VIP card offering a 5-10% discount at partner restaurants—though unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to use it.

What really made our trip memorable was our tour guide, Ryan, and Jan, a student trainee from a university in Pangasinan. They completely turned the experience around. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable, and both he and Jan went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I also lost a valuable purse at Puka Beach, and they made a sincere effort to help me find it, even though we weren’t able to recover it.

If I were rating based on customer service through Facebook, my score would be lower, but because of Ryan and Jan’s outstanding service, I’d still give them a solid rating. Five gold stars for...

We had a really great experience with Noljago! The staff always got back to me quickly and were super easy to deal with—plus, their prices were pretty good. All of the tour guides were awesome and didn’t miss a single detail.

Kuya Jayson picked us up at the airport and kept us updated on what was happening next, making sure we were all set before heading to the hotel. Kuya Ryan was also super reliable and helpful. He answered all our questions (even the random ones) and ended up being our photographer, too. We liked him so much we asked for him again the next day. He even wore clothes that were easy to spot so we’d never lose him in the crowd!

Datu was just as attentive—making sure we got to the meeting points on time and didn’t get lost. The whole team was super friendly, warm, and guided us through everything, so we never really had to stress about anything.
