I have been visiting Healing Hands Chiropractic at Jurong for a while now, and I must say, every visit has been a genuinely pleasant and healing experience.

From the moment I walk in, I am always greeted with a warm smile and a cheerful welcome from Florence, Nilda, and Yeen Leng. Their friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness make the environment so welcoming and comforting. it truly sets a positive tone for the rest of the session. Booking appointments is a breeze, and they are always accommodating with any changes or requests.

Dr. Chris, my chiropractor, is simply outstanding. His deep knowledge, professionalism, and calm demeanor instantly put me at ease. He not only delivers effective treatment, but he also takes the time to thoroughly explain the root causes of my issues and how the treatment helps. What really stands out is his holistic approach. he often goes above and beyond the standard sessions, offering advice and additional care tips that have really made a difference in my recovery and overall well-being.

One of the highlights of my sessions has been his effective treatment of my shoulder issue, which had been bothering me for a while. Thanks to Dr. Chris’s skillful and focused care, I’ve seen significant improvement in mobility and pain relief.

I have been to a few chiropractors before, but have not felt as assuring as Healing Hands. The assessment was not only detailed but ‘transparent’ too - every assessment detail was emailed to me….including invoices, receipts etc.

@HHCG JURONG- Dr Chris Kim, Grace and Nilda made a great team; they support each other cohesively. The experience @HHCG Jurong is always good. It’s seamless! Feel great every time I’m there…wait-less….It helps with healing.

Dr Chris Kim is a very professional and skilful chiropractor…a confident one! He explained clearly my condition and what is expected in the treatment. During each treatment, he is always patient with my feedback of my situation, and never failed to give me a true assessment of my feedback, followed with the adjustments to relieve my pain. Alot of encouragement and advices were received from him, too, to help with my healing. Thanks, Chris! Grateful!

Grace and Nilda are welcoming and approachable and well trained too! They assist not only administratively but also with the treatment machines very well! Trust their skills too! I always couldn’t keep to my appointment time, but they were accommodating to help change my request with Juz a message away. And I don’t have to wait long for my treatment whenever I’m there.

I recently attended the Jurong clinic seeking treatment for back pain. My initial session provided some relief and the practitioner recommended X-rays, which I subsequently completed.

Upon reviewing the X-rays, the practitioner promptly suggested I commit to a 25 or 40-session treatment package. I found this recommendation to be premature given it was only my first substantive interaction regarding a long-term treatment plan. It appeared the practitioner, who I shall choose not to name due to his/her young fledgling career, was more focused on selling a large package rather than discussing a range of treatment options that might better suit my recovery needs.

Consequently, I declined the extensive package and inquired about alternative options, such as a smaller session package. Unfortunately, my subsequent attempts to communicate via email and text have been completely unacknowledged-ghosted!. This lack of follow-up is concerning and in my opinion, reflects piss poorly on their duty of care.

Since then, I have sought care from an alternative practitioner. After just one session and a revised diagnosis, I am already experiencing significant improvement.
