TERRIBLE SERVICE ! UNHELPFUL LAZY STAFF And a RUDE TRAINEE MANAGER !! The worst Olive young I’ve been to , I came a night before and spent one thousand dollars on products , I left my umbrella in a box as it was raining and I was asked by the staff to do so , at 2210 pm we were rushed to leave ! The store closes at 2230 which is ok , I paid and forgot my umbrella, came back the next day I’ve asked if they found it the first thing the lady said without asking we don’t have it , I asked her to speak to the manager , this young trainee came over , not introducing herself with a big frown on her face ! She said we don’t have it and we don’t have a box here where do you see a box ! Raiding her voice ! I told her I need to speak to the manager again with a rude tone ! Came here in the evening on a weekday and it was way too crowded. Maybe because the flagship store was closed for upgrading works. With such a massive crowd and hardly any space to move around, I had no idea how I was supposed to get what I want. The staffs were clearly outnumbered and way too busy to assist EVERYONE. I can't get any cosmetic items since they weren't placed behind the testers, like the skincare section. So, it turned into a situation where I just can't buy any cosmetics because no one would assist me.
