We came there before leaving to the AirPort(24.02.23). Excited to get our last beer and enjoy the last moment in Tenerife. We (3 different family’s) went in and choose 3 tables close together also to make it easier for the staff to give us the bill separately. The staff that made our experience there not good at all from the moment we stepped in. She started asking us to stand up and moved us around - we tried to explain that this is how we wanted to sit. But okay we moved the way she wanted us to sit and ordered some beers and non alcoholic cocktails for the kids. Fast service and drinks good. Then when we are about to leave we try to explain in English how we wanna pay and what we are paying for , she just did not listen at all, us thinking that maybe her English isn’t that good so my husband goes and speaks Spanish to her but she still didn’t listen and brings us two checks with the wrong drinks. We try to explain but still trying to make it work and there my husband is talking Spanish (his first language) and she just becomes even more rude , starts fighting with my husband and ignores the rest of the group. We end up paying the bill like she does it and she was still fighting and being rude while we’re...

Cocktails are ok, hit and miss though. We had a banana one and Pina colada which were nice, but the frozen one was just ice, no taste and no alcohol that I could tell. Atmosphere was a bit naff, music was a good volume - loud enough for fun but still able to talk to whoever you're with. Problem was it was just the typical old, British holidaymakers music - Abba, Tom Jones, Queen, and so on... I don't actually mind that sort of music but it's just so overplayed here anywhere where they think Brits will come, real shame as if they played some more current music it would be a much better vibe, there's even room for old music from this century if they want a nostalgia vibe. We're also pretty sure we got a cold from this place. Everywhere else we've been has been places we frequent a lot on our yearly holiday to Costa adeje and have never had this issue, can only imagine they don't clean the glasses properly or something.

All in all, it was ok for an hour or so but we probably...

Me and my son visited this place for a cheeky cocktail. The service was very slow and despite there being two bars either side of the unit only one of them was functioning and there was only two bar staff and one waiting staff. To be fair the cocktails were excellent and decent value for money however the service was very slow as mentioned already and when I visited I had to approach the bar to pay my bill as I knew it would take a long time if I waited for the waitress, it was clear that the bar staff’s management of the orders was haphazard. They seemed to have so many tables in there the poor waitress could hardly negotiate her way through to each table without having to do twists and turns. If they organised the tables and got more staff the service would be much better. Thanks for visiting If you find this helpful please press the thumbs up button and consider following me - I will follow you back...

Disgraceful waiters. I arrived with a friend and we were waiting for two more to arrive so we asked for more chairs, we were told we weren’t allowed to get more until they arrived. I looked to one side and a couple asked for an extra chair and table and the same waiter prepared it for them. I asked why and was told that the couple spent money there. Basically you’re treated by the money you spend. Do not recommend. Broken glasses,... maybe I should’ve paid for it. FATAL, NO RECOMIENDO.
