EL DUKE CAFÉ — Restaurant in Adeje

We have been visiting this bar every year for 5 years. Hector is an absolute asset to this bar as is Silvio the guitarist This year however we have noticed a big deterioration in the quality of the drinks. We have been here almost 2 weeks and the Leffe Bruin (on the drinks menu ) is still not available . The wines are inferior quality to previous years and some never available. The hot chocolate is undrinkable . Last week it was perfect but the chocolate used has been changed and this new blend is absolutely awful It is always pleasant to sit outside but this year the heaters have been removed so it can be quite chilly. . If it wasn’t for Hector & Silvio we would think twice about visiting in the future. Such a shame that the owners have decided to make so many cut backs which are detrimental to this bar in...

Fabulous bar with excellent music every evening by Sylvio. We visit every year and this year have noticed a distinct shortage of staff in the evenings. For a busy bar you need at least3 or 4 staff but there only ever seems to be one mixer and one waiting on . They work extremely hard but too busy to fulfill orders in a reasonable time. Management need to sort this out or the bar...

THIS IS THE PLACE FOR GREAT FOOD!!! Wow, we were so happy to find this gem. The food is exquisite. Try the cheesecake and the apple cake...they are to die for!! I also had the salmon bagel, it tasted like heaven! The bread was so soft and the ingredients were so tasty. Bonus points for the server who was so polite and welcoming. I am coming...
