We booked an apartment for a week in April and enjoyed our stay very much. We arrived late at night, and the management communicated with us and made sure we were able to access the apartment with all keycodes and welcomed. The apartment was modern, clean, and fresh with AC, 2 TVs washing machine and kitchenette. Basics were provided in the kitchen, which was a nice touch along with a bottle of wine. Stayed for a week with two teenagers. Apartment and complex was very clean and safe. The apartment had everything a person needs home away from home. The washing machine was a bonus. The aircon was perfect. The pool bar and staff were lovely. However maybe some English channes on the tv would have really helped and if mattresses on the bed were more comfortable, that would have made our stay 5 star. But we would still contemplate booking again with you. Marcello and Luca have been very helpful through out the process....

Experiencia fantástica. El apartamento perfecto para 4 personas, dos adultos y dos adolescentes. Tiene ventiladores y aire acondicionado, y en la cocina no falta detalle de utensilios y aparatos eléctricos, también hay lavadora en el baño, muy útil. Camas y almohadas cómodas y muy tranquilo para dormir a pesar de estar en una zona de playa y comercial ( a 2 minutos andando). La piscina no es profunda ( hasta 1'40), está climatizada y es una gozada, al final del pasillo del apartamento ( D010). No hay parking, pero dando una vuelta fuera de hora punta ( a partir de las 15) conseguíamos sitio en la misma calle, ya que hay mucho tránsito de gente que se marcha o vuelve a la playa. Luca nos recibió a la llegada, correctísimo, simpático y muy paciente con nosotros, que no nos habíamos leído las instrucciones del check in. En definitiva, si volvemos a Tenerife, que espero que sea pronto, nos volveremos a ver. Muchas gracias por contribuir a unas vacaciones...
