4 adults for a late lunch. To be fair the food was excellent, with my London Burger as one of the best burgers I have eaten in years! Now the disappointment. The hostess lady on the street was nice and convinced us to try this establishment. The server/waiter who took our drink order seemed to deal with us as an inconvenience and muttered something after my wife only ordered water. He had a beard and silver neck chain and tattoos. None of that bothered us and I only state that so he would not be confused with the two other gentlemen who served our table. Ivan brought us our drinks and answered a few questions related to the available pizza selection. A very pleasant young man. The other gentleman wore a red shirt and had dark rimmed glasses. He took our food order and he too was very pleasant and courteous. When lunch was was finished, we had some food left which we wanted to take with us. I had cut my hamburger in half, so that I could enjoy the remainder for dinner, along with half the fries on my plate. The man with the silver neck chain cleared the table and when we asked to take our remaining food, he certainly made it obvious that he was not pleased to do so. In the end, our leftovers arrived, sealed in foil containers. We paid our bills and left, after mentioning to Ivan about how disappointed we were with the other waiter. He said he would talk to him. Later that evening when I opened my foil container (looking forward to a repeat of the wonder taste of that London Burger), I was disappointed to find that the fries were not there and the bottom of the bun was missing. Very bad place this. I took my father here for his birthday on Thursday 10th November. We waited 30 minutes to take our drinks order so when she eventually came, we asked could we place our food order too. She said "no" and walked off.

We observed while we was waiting so long that not one member of staff we saw looked like they wanted to be there, they all looked miserable and certainly from our experience they were arrogant. The atmosphere was flat throughout. The table next to us commented the same.

After 45 minutes being seated, they brought our drinks then took our food order.

I was pretty annoyed by this point. It was my father's 75th birthday, I tried to get my parents to come to another restaurant but they are old and didn't want to move and cause a fuss.

I refused to order food from them, so I had to sit and watch my parents eat. When the food came within 10 minutes... How can food be fresh after arriving 10 minutes after placing the order after waiting 45 minutes from the order to be taken?

The taste matched the service we received by the woman with the curly hair because my parents who are old and never complain about anything left their food.

Absolutely horrendous place this.

We have been going tenerife for 30 years and certainly won't be going anywhere near this restaurant again (if you can even call it a restaurant)

On a positive note, every other restaurant we went in Las americas was outstanding, really good actually and you can see they have gone to great effort after the covid lockdowns to welcome customers back.

This place needs the staff sorting out. To learn some basic manners and service because without customers there is no business for these...

Terrible experience all round. Staff were dismissive, inattentive & no initiative to welcome you, serve you or keep an eye on tables. We ordered things to be staggered and it all came at once. The starter was offered with options of two different sauces, either spicy or bbq sauce and ours was the wrong sauce. I asked for the sauce to be corrected but the waiter was adamant both sauces given were different when they were literally both bbq sauce, which clearly has a distinctive smell and taste, confusing and strange considering id then suggested we’d be happy with Tabasco sauce but he continued to disagree and re-delivered another pot of … barbecue sauce. This initially we felt was enough to leave but had already ordered the mains so we didn’t want to be disrespectful & felt hopeful as we’d ordered a chateaubriand cooked medium to share between two as its advertised a steak restaurant so we saw it through. Very odd as 3/4 of the steak was well done with a small bit that was cooked correctly, but tasteless. Pepper corn sauce zero peppercorn flavour & potentially the worst but it was all a combined effort to contribute to a bad meal.. the “mac and cheese” which was just pasta shells smothered in a thick almost unbearable cheese sauce. Anywho, all the while waiting to ask someone for a drink. Enough was enough so we paid and left, in silence as mentioned above the staff couldn’t care less it seemed from all but this one guy (bald guy). Sorry but wouldn’t recommend & I actually feel bad for being so critical, but it’s a shame as the staff could’ve potentially changed the experience regardless of the food.
