I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I arrived with my 9-month-old son in a stroller, looking to buy a watch for my husband. To access the main part of the store where the counter is located, you need to use either stairs or an elevator. I attempted to use the elevator, but it was out of service. This seems to be a recurring issue, as I've read in other reviews. The two security personnel stationed nearby were unhelpful; they didn’t communicate anything until I asked about the elevator. When I requested assistance with carrying my stroller down the few stairs, they flatly refused and told me to ask someone else, doing so in a rude manner without any apology.
I then approached a store employee for help, who expressed a desire to assist but stated she was unable to do so. At no point did anyone explain why assistance couldn't be provided, nor did I feel any empathy from the staff regarding my situation.

Got bullshitted to by one of the floor staff (only takes 20mins to customize a jersey- cause they didn't have a listed player jersey available), then at register - no, it's 60mins. Came back 60mins later, queued, waited and then sent upstairs. Amazing lad upstairs points out that I didn't have the right receipt (never provided by register operator), so amazing lad does it on the spot. Thank you upstairs team. M’han donat a triar entre dues bosses sense dir-me el preu primer i, després, quan hem recollit la samarreta que s’estava estampant ens n’han donat una de més petita de manera gratuita. Hem volgut tornar la bossa que havíem comprat però ens han dit que per política d’empresa no és podia. Entenc que els treballadors i treballadores en aquest cas no poden fer-hi res però hagués agraït que proactivament m’haguessin ofertat alternatives (hem hagut de preguntar què es podia fer al respecte i donar opcions nosaltres). Simplement, en aquests casos és d’agrair sentir que la persona que tens davant té voluntat d’ajudar-te. Per altra banda, ens han dit que esperéssim fins que s’estampés la samarreta i no ha estat fins passada una estona que ens han vist allà palplantades com estaquirots que no ens han indicat que el producte estampat s’havia de recolllir en un altre punt de la botiga, entenen la segona planta. Dit això, entenc que és “política d’empresa” no poder tornar una bossa, el que no entenc és la poca amabilitat i simpatia de la noia que estava a la caixa, la poca empatia i resolució per proposar altres alternatives, l’ambient hostil que s’ha generat m’ha fet sentit incòmode.
