The prices at this restaurant are affordable and the food itself was okay, but unfortunately the hygiene from the staff ruined the experience. Our waitress was visibly cleaning her nose with her hand, scratching personal areas, then touching her face before bringing plates with the same hands. I was served a mojito in a glass with a significant crack from which a piece of glass had chipped away. Unfortunately, due to the ice, I only noticed this after I had already consumed part of the drink. It was unclear where the missing shard was — possibly in the drink itself When I pointed out this situation to the waiter, his response was completely indifferent—just a dismissive, "Well, sorry." Serving a drink in such glassware is a major safety violation. In the end, I paid for a potentially hazardous drink and left with my mood ruined. This level of service and disregard for customer safety is unacceptable.
