During my massage, I felt my masseuse fidgeting with my wrist. When she left the room, I immediately noticed one of my bracelets was missing. Trying not to jump to conclusions, I thoroughly searched the room and found nothing. I asked the receptionist to help, and she went above and beyond, checking the garbage, the towel warmer, and even getting on her hands and knees to search. Still, nothing.

I even suggested maybe the bracelet got caught on the masseuse’s sleeve, but she was wearing short sleeves, so that was ruled out. When I finally voiced my concern that the masseuse might have taken it, the receptionist went to speak with her. Moments later, she returned with my bracelet. Instead of an apology or any kind of acknowledgment, I was told it had “blended in with the carpet” (which is extremely unlikely, it’s a shiny gold bracelet).

There was no accountability, no apology, no discount, nothing. I paid $95 for a massage and attempted theft. Completely...

Anaya massage & spa is well worth every penny. We are on holiday here in Majorca. We wanted the massage. So we searched it on Google map and it popped up, the place is very easy to find. It is by the main road but yet when you get inside there it is lovely atmosphere and quiet with a gentle relaxing music.

The treatment room is so nice and clean we had the couple room. The beds are big and comfortable. Went with my friend to get a massage and the masseuse stole an expensive bracelet from her wrist towards the end of her massage. Had my friend not confronted the issue at reception, it would have been successful theft. After telling the receptionist, the receptionist met with the masseuse and came back with my friend’s bracelet. However, the receptionist said it must have “fallen off”, although her and my friend looked through the entire massage room.
