IT WAS AMAZING!!

If you like to try something new this is definitely the place to try a different culture.

We visited the place two times. The first time we had Pljeskavica ( looks like a hamburger ) and I don't say this often but it was the best burger I ever had, no doubt. I highly recommend this dish when you visit the restaurant.

The second day we had freshly homemade burek. One with just cheese and one with cheese and spinach. Homemade Burek is the best, the texture, the flavors everything combined makes it melt in your mouth. also definitely worth a try! ( I forgot to make a picture because we were very hungry )

The couple who owned the restaurant are originally from the Balkan and that makes it even more special. They were very nice and lovely.

I recently visited this restaurant in Puerto de la Cruz and had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely excellent and some of the best Balkan cuisine I've had in a while. But what really stood out to me was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure that my dining experience was enjoyable and memorable.

I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Puerto de la Cruz who is seeking out Balkan food. The authenticity of the dishes and the exceptional service make this a must-visit spot for foodies and anyone who loves great dining experiences.

Great slow cooked home made style dishes!!! ---Stuffed cabbage - SARMA (like KOSHER style) ---Goulash beef stew - GULAŠ (better than in any HUNGARIAN restaurant I ever tried around the world) --- Balkan Burger - PLJESKAVICA (secret recipe of onion marinated mixture of beef and pork ground meat)

Very very different from any other restaurant on the island. Most other places offer deep fried dishes or quickly grilled or pan cooked.
