I went to this restaurant multiple times! I always take every visitor we have here in Tenerife and always recommend it to everyone including my clients as I work for Real estate as I was always satisfied and the views are spectacular. However my last experience is way beyond horrible. I took my own parents there with a view of the beautiful day we can have together. When we arrived at 12:50 we sat at the table and waited literally 40 minutes for the waitress to come to our table to order DRINKS! We didn't even get the menu's. I went to the bar 4 times trying to ask at least for cards, I got very rude reply madam we come to the table! Yet nobody came. The only waitress who was there found it more important to clean tables from clients who left than serve the new ones. I need to mention there was no queue for new tables at all. She served people who already finished their drinks instead of coming to people who were waiting for new order. We were together two tables new. The reason why I went second time to the bar was that I really needed to order drink and food asy father is diabetic and he needs to eat in certain time. He new by 13:30 he will eat if we arrive at 12:50 so he did not take with him any emergency biscuit or sugar. However at 13:30 I went to ask for water because he started to feel bad and shaking. The bar tender sent me that she will come to the table! I must have raise my voice to tell her that my father is not feeling well and he needs water and I refuse to wait for her to come to the table. She did gave me the water complaining it's not her fault that they are only two of them and she only has two hands. This is not my problem obviously! 5 minutes later we had to leave to drive home to eat because at this point my father was shaking. We had to stop at the pool bar asking for emergency sugar water as he was not feeling well at all. The bar tender at the bar was extremely helpful and very fast served us a coffee biscuit and sugar water immediately! Then we went home and eat there! This experience is beyond frustrating and very disappointing. The only day I could have come with my parents there and it was totally ruined! I wanted them to taste the amazing salads they serve with spectacular views!! The Food&Beverage manager should really consider either hiring more staff or get more experienced employees who knows how to select priorities! Showed up at 11:15pm place closes at 12am. Bartender refused to serve me a drink said the bar closes at 11pm. Minutes later I asked another employee that told me they can serve anything else that’s not a cocktail. What kind of place advertises closing at 12am but closes the bar at 11? I found that odd especially when I could see the waiter serving people drinks. To make matters worse I overheard one of the bartenders talking trash about me on my way out I guess they didn’t realize I spoke Spanish and was around the corner. What a fantastic place with amazing views. Great friendly service. Lovely and clean. Reasonable prices. Comfortable chairs and relaxing chill out music too from the DJ. Really worth a visit. Open to everyone you don't need to be a guest of the hotel. Just walk in through reception and take the lift to the 10th floor. Solarium area with sunbeds is for hotel...
