I'm only rating the restaurant.
The food is very affordable and tastes good! Unfortunately, that was about it for a Saturday at least. It was very crowded and the rather simple order of a few vegan balls with veggies took about 10 to 15 minutes of waiting time in a crowded waiting area. It doesn't seem like the staff is slow but that there are too many self-order terminals that allow people to place orders quicker than the kitchen can fulfill them.
The outside seating area was extremely crowded and it was hard to find a place to sit and eat, most tables and chairs I found to be too close together so you have to like talking to people or at least listen to them before and while eating. The surrounding was like the typical mall restaurant area, you'll pretty much want to get going after you've finished your food.
