Kronans Apotek Stockholm Sveavägen — Local services in Stockholm

I visited the pharmacy "Kronans Apotek" on sveavägen earlier today and had an unpleasant experience with the staff/cashier.

First, She told me that the lip balm was too cheap and that it did not really matter if I forgot to register it to my customer bonus. But she finally agreed to take my "personnummer" and was going to register my purchase afterwards.

Secondly, she forgot to give me the receipt for my purchase.

And lastly, I was going to test some eye shadow on my eyes, she ran to me from her busy counter and said harshly, "You should not test it on your eyes". So I apologized to her, got out of there instantly and promised myself that i would NEVER put my foot inside this pharmacy!

It's not the first time that I've been treated this way in the "Apoteket" franchise And according to other people's experiences, i can tell that i am definitely NOT alone. I hope the manager of this store reads the reviews and forces his/her staff to undergo intensive customer...

I had the pleasure of visiting this store of Apotek to buy some medicines and I was glad to be given and prescribed a medicine more effective and much more healthier than what I was looking for. The staff especially the lady at the cash counter was super helpful and efficient. The store has some really good offerings for skincare, haircare and medicines as well as spectacle frames which were awesome. I tried the medicine that she had prescribed which would work better than what I was looking for and it was super effective. The ambience of the store is super friendly and people like the beautiful lady at the cash counter make it a wonderful...

I visit this pharmacy quite often to buy my medicine and some items that are only sold at pharmacies in Sweden. I do not have such high expectations and am quite happy with this pharmacy. They offer a good varity of products. People working here are helpful...
