I visited Teddy’s back in 1984 when studying abroad and purchased a beautiful Swiss chalet music box and I was so impressed with the store that recently I took a trip with my daughter to Zurich and I had to take her to Teddy’s! The young very tall guy that took care of us was so nice , and so patient while my daughter and I chose the perfect cuckoo clock ! It was a wonderful experience ! Loved him !!! I think he needs a raise $$$ !! We had the clock delivered and upon delivery one of the chains Came loose .. we called and spoke to Christian the owner who was wonderful and so patient .. he walked my husband through each step and how to connect the chain back onto the wheel ! I love this store and I’m so glad that I returned 40 years later with my daughter ! If In Zurich this is the place to get all your souvenirs! Thank you for keeping my memory alive and allowing me to make a new one with my daughter ! 🇨🇭❤️🇨🇭 Hopefully my daughter will take her daughter one...

My husband and I visited this commemorative store during our honeymoon. I was looking around the souvenir shop, but it was closing time and I didn't have time to buy any souvenirs. As I was reminiscing about my trip, I thought of the Swiss souvenirs I had not been able to purchase, and when I contacted this souvenir shop via email, they sent me a wedding gift to which I was very grateful.
