Scammers! Extremly unprofessional. Instead of telling me they cannot give me what i want, they keep bleaching my hair, messing it up and fixing it and damaging my hair even more. I found them on Instagram, and picked one of the hair color I really like, it was a repost picture from instagram, and it says "Thank you Kae", so I assume Kae is the colorist who did the hair and booked the appointment online. My hair has not been dyed or bleached for 3 years. So it was really easy to dye. But Kae dyed my hair and messed it up. See it in the picture no.1. She cannot tell it was a balayage, she gave me a highlight. So the result is completely different from what I want from the picture. Only then I found out she is not the one who dyed the hair from the instagram picture. Because she doesn't speak english, I have to communicate with another hair person who can translate for us. And before I let her dye my hair, I asked, "she is the one who dyed this hair, right?" They answered me yes. After 4 hours of sitting on the chair, violantly washed my hair, my hair turn out to be picture no.1. picture no.2 is the color I want. I feel scammed! So Bas came and talked to me saying the person who actually dyed the hair on the picture is from Nui, not Kae. And he can book appointment for me with Nui to fixed my hair color. And they cannot find the original picture they posted anymore. Because it said " Kae" not "Nui" The salon is super unprofessional. My whole experience was I will never come back again. But still gave them a 2nd chance hoping I can get what I at least paid for! 2nd appointment with Nui, she told me she cannot dye it to what I want, because my hair is bleached and if I do it again, they will fall off. So we agreed she will dye it to the base color of the picture. And guess what it turned out to be. The blonde highlights are now Blue! My whole hair turn cold tone color. When I'm a warm skin tone person! Completely disaster! Wasted my time! My money! My hair is now damaged. Seriously, and no refund!...

First of all, I booked for a hairdresser named Mew and I also shared with them the reference which was made by her along with my previous hair color backgrounds. BUT unfortunately the person who colored my hair was only an assistant not Mew herself. When they finished the coloring, my hair was not evenly colored and it was blonde-ish, purple-ish and grey-ish. I was extremely surprised that they said my hair is done and now theyâre gonna blow dry it. I stopped them and said the color was not even and this is when Mew finally came to me and tell me she would fix it for me. They ended up re-coloring my hair like 3 times in order to get the color evenly (which was still not really đ¤Śđťââď¸) My hair ended up damaged and I ended up getting the color which I didnât really want⌠they only said âSorryâ after my complaint and when I asked why only the hairdresserâs assistant was coloring my hair without Mewâs presence or her supervision, Mew only said she had a double booking and that she was busy. Unfortunately, the announced call to confirm the appointment a day before did not materialize. Instead, the next day four women were waiting for us at the reception desk to tell us that we should wait for a short moment. Apparently they didn't understand at first that we had already booked an appointment - although I said so. When they found out about this after I asked again, they claimed that the appointment was in an hour (and not now - what was incorrect) and that's how long we would have to wait now! When I asked to shorten it a bit, since we were only supposed to wait a short time some minutes ago, these 4 ladies behind the counter just looked at me helplessly and idle.
