My husband and I just visited Yumoto Hair And Nail Spa in Bangkok, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! We both indulged in the Signature 6-Step Nail Spa Pedicure and Manicure, and it was truly amazing and relaxing.

From the moment we arrived, 5 minutes early, we were warmly welcomed by Cher and Firm, who performed our services. Both ladies spoke English and were very accommodating. Cher effortlessly removed the lingering dead skin from my feet, and Firm accommodated my husband's size 13.5 feet with ease. The attention to detail in nail trimming and shaping was superior.

I had gel removed from a previous pedicure and gel polish added to both my manicure and pedicure. The results were stunning! This treat cared for our entire legs and arms, not just our hands and feet. Cher and Firm's professionalism and skill made our visit exceptional. We really needed this treat, and it exceeded our expectations.

First time at Yumoto Hair for a "shampoo & blow dry", and I left as a happy customer. Here's a detailed review.

The staff will first take you to a private room for the shampoo. About 3 shampoo washes and 1 conditioner before the final rinse. In between and towards the end, the staff would give you a decent head massage, which was really good! 👍 (Thanks for K.Kratai). I'm aware that other hair salons also give you a quick head massage, but at Yumoto, I feel like the staff spared a decent time for it. So it was quite relaxing.

Afterwards, you're taken to the main area for hair blowdry. I requested for a simple dry (natural look), so I can't comment on their expertise on hair styling.

Overall, it was a good salon experience. The staff were nice, however, I think the service or SOP, especially considering it's a Yumoto brand, it wasn't top notch (I'd say just mediocre).

Don't go to the nail and hair spa. I'm not sure about the massage spa but I got my nails and toes done and was there for almost 4 hours. I got 3 fake nails taken off and replaced. None of my nails looked the same to one another and when I showed her she did not fix any of them they still were all different lengths and shapes. She spent so long looking at them but fixed none of them. I also called and made an appointment for my boyfriend and I, he came a bit after me as I said he would on the phone and when they sat him down for a pedicure his feet were in freezing cold water for 10 minutes then they told us he had to wait 45 minutes until my lady was done with my feet. I would have rather done my nails myself and saved my time. Don't waste you're time and money...
