Shop with a certain potential but with some hics : the butter croissant was most likely frozen due to very small crumbs and difference in textures inside the bread itself. 4/10 coffee was rather bland but overall okay 6/10
I do think their sandwiches looked nice but having to order your food in a “rush” right when you enter the shop is a little frustrating (same vibe as Starbucks, but with a much wider food range, we should be able to order from the table directly)
In case I come back to try the sandwiches, I leave some rating space for later, hoping it can go up from here 😉

As “fresh” as the croissants are to you (I assume the owner), they weren’t to me. I have had enough croissant where they were invented to know what a croissant should look and taste like. Now, my review was as honest and fair as it could be, I don’t think what I had deserve any more than the average rating. I hope you may reflect a little on the critics rather than pretending everything is top notch when it’s not. Let me rephrase my critic : your croissant’s crust was crumbling and the crumb was hard in the middle. If you feel that’s acceptable, then fair enough, that’s your idea of a good croissant, not mine nor by any...

Always deleting your original statements that are incredibly rude and unprofessional. If you actually were the honest hardworking staff you claim to be you would work to improve your business, not belittle your patrons for receiving terrible service after spending a significant amount of time and money with you. Your lack of character is a reflection of your lack of quality business practices.
EDIT 2: yeah, I’m going out of my way to come up with fake stories about your business for absolutely no reason. Train your staff to take care of their customers and don’t be shocked when you get bad feedback as a result of their negligence.
EDIT: To the owner calling me a “troll” and telling me to “get a real life”, this is how you treat your customers? I spent 800 baht there yesterday and here you are continuing to put on display how rude you are and how terrible your service is. I am very happy to say I won’t be back and you won’t be taking any more of my time or money.
ORIGINAL: Ordered before a group of ten people yet they all got all of their orders before me. I’ve waited over 30 minutes...

This is a very average bakery place with everything priced unreasonably. Sandwich and hot chocolate was just okay. Duc De Pruslin makes better hot Chocolate.
I was on the way looking for a new cafe and noticed this one. They focus more on breads I believe.
Let me put it this way, BBCO cafe in Marriott Nana make pretty good sandwiches around 180 baht or onwards. Now checkout the sandwich prices here. Even MAISEN next to Emporium has better pricing than here. Try that place for once if it doesn’t blow your mind away with the quality. We visit there often when can’t think of a place for meetings.
You would be disappointed with the service. It’s simple, higher the price higher expectations go. You are going to look for a smiles or a Hello which is never there.
If you are going to set up the prices close to fine dining then atleast make the place look like one.
Prices don’t matter if the food is beyond expectations. For reference, we go dining every 2 days a week at Charcoal Restaurant and the bill comes about 4000+ baht. Food and drinks are excellent. Read the reviews. Introduction is not needed, food speaks for...
