The Kitchen Central Samui — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The food wasn’t cooked properly the first time, and even after sending it back, it came out still cold and undercooked. The pasta was overwhelming with garlic – I counted about 10 cloves when usually you’d expect maybe one or even less than half for balance.

The chips were just as bad: they were rock hard, mostly made up of the scrappy end pieces of potato instead of proper chips, and when we sent them back, they just came out refried with loads of oil. It’s not something you’d expect to be served at a restaurant, and it felt really poor quality.

What’s frustrating is that I’ve been to another branch before and had a much better experience there, so I know the restaurant can deliver good food. I think this branch really needs to work on its cooking standards, and honestly the chef needs to pay much more attention to quality and consistency. nice but...

i been on this place with my parents. we have pizza. pretty good pizza have to say. but.... we ask if the pizza comes with olives and they said no. but you could pay 30bath(what is nothing) but my mum said ok i dont want.

when pizza come that had olives and we thought a ok maybe the waitress didn't know ok. alright when the bill come we was charged for the olives what we didn't order. but come in the pizza. when i ask about the waitress said if that come and was wrong you should call me and ask me to make another one. ???????

isn't the question of how much you pay. was 30bath and if that was a 2000bath lobster?

What an absolute joke. This chain of restaurants is usually good, Pattaya, Lamai, Phuket...but this joint....pathetic. Wouldnt give me the 800gr ribeye..as they had run out....then they proceeded to argue amongst themselves as to why it couldnt be cut to size like any other steak restaurant, the snotty nosed waitress ran off yelling at the guy trying to do the right thing, without even confirming my partners order or taking drinks. Eventually they decided they could cut it, however my partners uncooked duck had been and gone, so we had meals basically 15 mins apart.....great atmosphere sitting watching each other eat. When the steak actually did come, it was cold and had to be sent...
