I had an amazing experience at this store. I came in and was met by a really nice and perky sales woman. Her name begins with a P, but escapes now as it has been a few days and Thai names are a little harder for me to remember. I wish I could, though, recall her name because she is the reason I am even leaving a review.

When I arrived there was a super nice British Series suitcase calling my name. I had already fallen in love with the outside, but when the assistant showed me the details on the inside, I knew I had found exactly what I had been looking for: personalized compartments for all of my usual travel items. It was just beautiful.

I didn't end up getting the case because the price was a little too steep for me. The sales associate gently warned me that their store had the best prices in town. I didn't listen.

For the next week, I went to every store I could find shopping for luggage. One: I couldn't get the first suitcase at this store out of my head, it was just so beautiful. But, two, and this I couldn't believe, everywhere else was so pricey! For suitcases that weren't nearly as stylish or nearly as functional as the ones I saw here...

So... I bit the bullet and told myself I would just go back and get the one I liked even though it was outside my budget. Aggh!

I went back and the same associate was there. She remembered me! And, best of all, the suitcase I had wanted was still there, although quite a few I saw the last time were already gone. I took out my credit card prepared to pay the price she had offered the last time.

And then... she looked at me, and it was as if she saw into my soul and literally said, "I may get in trouble for this, but I am going to give you an extra discount. Just for you."

I was floored! I had been in Thailand for 2.5 months and not once had anyone, anywhere ever offered to give me, a touristy tourist's tourist, a discount or anything even looking like it could a discount...ever. It made my day. It made my new year.

The discount she offered was super generous that the suitcase was almost inside of my budget.

I've just arrived from traveling with it from Thailand to Spain and it was a wonderful experience. It survived the baggage guys and still looks brand new after a very long trip (with a layover!) I love this place, would recommend it to anyone and would shop here again if in Thailand. FYI, it's tucked into a hotel, Novotel. So, if you're going to visit, just put Novotel in the GPS and walk trough the front door of the hotel. It will be on the left in the corner.

Most glad we didn’t give up on finding this store! We went in with the intent of buying one medium ‘Wander’ case and ended up buying a set of three different sizes! We have a few pieces of LOJEL luggage and know what makes good luggage. The finish, Japanese wheels, German Polycarbonate, double row zippers ….all at a great price. And made in Thailand too! Branded luggage is ridiculously expensive in Thailand … local brands are what was most needed. Our experience wasn’t just about a satisfactory purchase - the staff Thavee and Pupae make a fabulous team that complement each other perfectly! They make you feel welcome, put you under no pressure, gladly answer all your questions, tell you about the characteristics of the product and then leave you to make your mind! Perfect and the most pleasant salespeople! The store is on level 5 which at the entrance to Central but soon moving to another location. The telephone number will remain unchanged and hence it wouldn’t be a problem to track Baggage...
