I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Central World location during my recent visit.

As a tourist, I made a purchase exceeding 2000 baht and was disappointed to find that the staff did not assist with the tax refund process until we explicitly asked. This is a crucial service for tourists, and the lack of proactive support from your staff.

Additionally, when we were sampling products, one item was accidentally dropped on the table (not the floor). The staff's immediate reaction was to remove the sample from us, which we found to be quite discourteous.

Furthermore, the overall attitude of the staff made us feel unwelcome, possibly due to our casual attire. This experience has left a negative impression, and I hope you can address these issues to ensure better service for all customers...

Saw a big crowd in here and decided to enter the store. Fell in love with the holiday gift sets & packaging! Staff were a bit busy since it was a weekend and many tourists in the stall. Spent way too much snapping up christmas gifts!

The staffs are very condecending , i was in the shop for 5 minutes and there were no other customers at all . all the staff didnt even bother to serve me. I was trying to buy a few set of items. They were so busy chatting and gossiping at the corner. I put my hands on some products trying to buy and they didnt even bother. I even walk to the products beside them and they continue chatting like nobody's business. Maybe I dont dress expensive with a designer bag, but why is it so hard to buy something...
