Service was as expected—courteous, efficient, and helpful. The staff took the time to assist with selections and ensure a smooth ordering process, which added to the experience.

But the real highlight? The baked goods. Far too often, pastries outside of France fail to capture the right textures and flavors, but PAUL succeeded. Nothing was soggy, middling, or overly chewy. Every bite had that perfect balance—crispy where it should be, soft where needed, and full of rich, buttery goodness. It genuinely took me back to my time in Paris, a rare feat for an international bakery chain.

While not the cheapest option, PAUL delivers in quality. Whether you're in the mood for a flaky croissant, a decadent pastry, or a refined French dessert, this is a solid spot for those who appreciate expertly made...

Good day, You'll excuse me in advance, but I'm going to say things that aren't really pleasant. Up to today, it was a real pleasure to come and eat at your place (the one in Central World). We had lunch several times as part of your 2 person 990 THB promotion where you could choose several dishes. It was always a fantastic moment to eat French when you live almost permanently in Thailand. We hadn't had lunch since your change your menu/offer... We came again today and what a disappointment... All the dishes that made the previous menu/offer attractive have disappeared. There is only bistro/brasserie left and it was more than average...really very average. The green salad is microscopic... Mussels in white wine were overcooked... The sautéed mushrooms had nothing sautéed and were practically tasteless. Only the salmon-avocado sandwich fared a little... a little... given the disappointment generated by the rest. And, mineral water as an imposed choice of drink... Of course, you can order something else...

We wanted to end by taking advantage of your promotion 4 croissants for the price of 2... Your croissants weren't fresh from that day, or they're drying at high speed in your shop…

I am really sorry. I am desperately looking for what could have been positive in this today experience and I find myself making only criticisms.

Bonjour, Vous voudrez bien m'excuser par avance, mais je vais raconter des choses pas vraiment agréables. Jusqu’à aujourd’hui, c’était un vrai plaisir de venir manger chez vous (Central World). Nous avons déjeuné plusieurs fois dans le cadre de votre promotion 2 personnes 990 THB ou l'on pouvait choisir plusieurs plats. C'était un fantastique moment de manger véritablement Français lorsque l'on habite pratiquement en permanence en Thailande. Nous n’avions pas déjeuné depuis votre changement de carte/offre... Nous sommes (re)venus aujourd'hui et quelle déception... Tous les mets qui faisaient l'attrait de la carte/offre précédente ont disparu. Il ne reste que du bistrot/brasserie et c'était plus que moyen... vraiment très moyen. La salade verte est microscopique... Les moules au vin blanc étaient trop cuites... Les champignons sautés n'avaient rien de sauté et étaient pratiquement insipides. Seul le sandwich saumon-avocat tirait un peu son épingle du jeu... un peu... comte tenu de la déception générée par le reste. Et, l'eau minérale comme choix imposé de boisson... Certes, on peut commander autre chose...

Nous avons voulu terminer en profitant de votre promotion 4 croissants pour le prix de 2... Vos croissants n'étaient pas frais du jour, où alors ils sèchent à grande vitesse dans votre vitrine...

Je suis vraiment désolé. Je cherche désespérément ce qui a pu être positif dans cette expérience d'aujourd'hui et je me retrouve à ne formuler que des critiques.

We have visited this place before. The food was good. However, a recent visit was a big disappointment.

I wanted to order pancakes. I found this item in the menu, but a sticker on the photo said "Out of stock." This was not a good beginning.

When we wanted to order a sandwich, we were told "The bread is finished." There are six different sandwiches in the menu. When there is no bread, this means that six items are not available.

Next we wanted to order some pastry. What about pain chocolate? "Sorry, sold out."

Imagine this: a bakery that has no bread! A restaurant where several items listed in the menu are not available!

At this point we gave up and decided to leave. I hope the manager of PAUL will read this this review and realize that this situation is...
