We arrived at the restaurant close to noon and informed the staff that we needed a table for two. The staff pointed us toward a corner of the restaurant. When we walked inside, we saw two staff members chatting with each other, completely ignoring the customers. We had to repeat that we needed a table for two before they finally looked at us and pointed toward some vacant tables without saying a word, then went back to their conversation.
After seating ourselves, we ordered as usual. Among the staff, only two stood out for providing good service: an older staff member named Pom and a young girl without a name tag who was attentive to the customers. The rest of the staff walked around with smiles but avoided eye contact, seemingly afraid of being called on by the customers. We ordered four dishes; all of them were of good quality, tasted great, and were reasonably priced.
When it came time to ask for the bill, a staff member named Cher came to pick up our credit card. She later returned with the tray and placed it on our table to return the card. However, she did so with a sour expression and didn't even make eye contact while giving a brief wai (Thai gesture of respect). Her behavior seemed like she was in a bad mood. When I looked at her, she suddenly turned to glare at me and, with a tense voice, asked, "Is there a problem?" I was caught off guard and simply replied, "No, nothing."
This kind of expression and tone is something I’ve never encountered before. Such poor service, yet they dare to charge a service fee. While the service charge wasn’t a significant amount, and we didn’t expect much, encountering a staff member with this kind of attitude is unacceptable. This was our first and will be our last visit. I tried to find contact details to directly inform the restaurant owner but couldn’t locate any, so I’m writing this review in the hope that the owner takes this feedback seriously and improves the staff’s manners...

Plenty of dishes to choose from, casual price to expensive but make no mistake, calamari steak is the most delicious one to go for. Quite a challenge to find fresh, tender perfectly grilled calamari anywhere else.
Kobe fried rice, seems to be their signature teppan fried rice but sadly, needs improvement. Big chunks of fatty meat mixed with the rice, it was messy. Delicious teppen fried rice normally mixed with tiny dices of vegetable and protein, taste of buttery soy sauce. Definitely one item that miss the mark..
Service was great though. I really appreciate พี่นิด one of the servers. She explain every little details so well, included brands of their lemon tea and green tea. Definitely a...
Read moreYou could divide these restaurant reviews into two groups: those familiar with Japanese steakhouses and teppanyaki-style food, and those who have only experienced Western-style steak. This is because the restaurant is, quite frankly, amazing! I had the regular beef steak set, and it was incredibly tender like a marshmallow. The meat quality is far superior to 99% of the restaurants serving meat in Thailand, and I’m not even exaggerating. As for the stir-fried cabbage, I see no problem with it, it’s actually on the better side if you’ve had it before from other places. Overall, the price is on the higher side compared to other Japanese restaurants in malls, but they really...
