Tiffany's indoor shooting range — Local services in Pattaya City

A truly abominable service where you can be ignored by staff and shoot duds. Don’t go here, full story below.

I attended the shooting range with a friend of mine on the 09/05/2018. I had expected a professional service from a such a venue considering the dangerous weapons on display and in use. I was mistaken.

Upon arrival, we went over to the female behind the counter and enquired how much to shoot some .22 bullets. Without looking up from her phone she pointed to the bullets in front of her and shouted something that appeared to be in English, I wasn't sure. She then pointed to the sign next to her. It turns the website online failed to mention that I needed to be an associate member of the club before I could shoot a gun. This “membership” cost 200 baht on top of the already inflated fees for sitting ten bullets (1700 baht) which again where different from the price online. We tried to haggle over what kind of bullets we could fire but the lady simply ignored us and went back to looking at pieces of fruit on Instagram. I stared at her puzzled? Did she not want to explain why I need to pay for membership? That the prices were different from what was listed online? We stared at each other for a moment or two. I thought about leaving but decided I wouldn't get this chance once I left for home so I might as well pay through the nose for the shooting pleasure.

I filled out the form with some fake details (because why not, it's a straight up shake down) and went over to the shooting range. I will say this, the range was very close to the entrance, that's about all that was positive about the place.

The male in charge of the shooting range, beckoned me over to the shooting range. He didn't speak any English and didn't explain any form of gun safety to me. There was ear protection on the table in front of me so I put those on. He then loaded three .22 bullets into a revolver. Why not six rounds? Not explained to me. He abruptly placed the gun in my hand and pointed towards the target. He shouted for me to shoot at the target down the range. I took one shot followed by another, or at least I thought i was going to. You see I paid for ten bullets but it turns a lot of them are duds. That’s right, I pulled the trigger and nothing, just a click. I looked at the guy puzzled but he just shrugged his shoulders and took the gun off me. He put another three bullets and again two of the bullets were duds. He tried to help me by cocking the gun but nada.

In total I was only able to shoot off six of the ten bullets. I was left frustrated and bitter. I wanted to have a good time shooting a few rounds. I wanted to complain but I had enough of their terrible service and left.

In summary don’t go to this shooting range. You will be overcharged, the customer service will be terrible and you won’t even get to shoot a...

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO LOSE YOUR EARDRUMS. If you know anything about shooting, you will know that this place should be permanently closed by the government. Safety does NOT exist in this place. People brandish guns around. Ear protection is provided only when YOU are shooting which means if you are there to see other people shooting, sorry your ears are messed up. There is NO double-door for noise. All employees don’t wear ear protection in an INDOOR shooting range. You CAN hear loud shooting sound from the parking lot. If you go there by a taxi, you gotta pay extra 200 because your driver will follow you all the way to inside to say “I bring this guy here for commission”. Then YOU are the one who is going to pay for the commission which is “membership fee” that wouldn’t be charged to who comes there...

Disappointing Experience at Tiffany Indore Shooting Range

I recently visited Tiffany Indore shooting range and unfortunately, my experience was marred by an issue at the ticket counter. The listed cost for renting a revolver was 900bh according to the chart, but the lady at the counter charged me an additional 300bh.

Despite the receipt clearly indicating the agreed-upon amount of 900bh, she did not allow me to proceed with the agreed-upon payment and insisted on taking 1200bh instead. This discrepancy left me dissatisfied with the service.

I kindly request the management to review the security cameras between 5 pm and 6 pm to verify the transaction and address this matter promptly. Such discrepancies can negatively impact the overall customer experience, and I hope this issue can be resolved...
