หลังจากแปะเฉื่อยโรยรา ขอบคุณที่แกไม่หวงสูตร ส่งต่อให้พนักงานคู่ใจมาเปิดร้านใหม่ แถมยังอ้างชื่อแกได้อีก ของดีแกเลยไม่หายไปตามกาลเวลา

แน่นอน ร้านนี้ลบข้อด้อยของร้านเดิมไปหมดเลย ร้านใหญ่ ที่นั่งเยอะ มีห้องแอร์ มีที่จอดรถ และสำคัญที่สุดคือ... ไม่เฉื่อย!!

ส่วนรสชาติ เหมือนเดิมหรือไม่ ในมุมของเรา หมี่แปะเฉื่อยแกปกติไม่ได้มีรสชาติอะไรพิเศษนะ ซุปเช็ง ๆ จืด ๆ มาให้ราดน้ำปลา (ต้องใช้คำว่าราดจริง ๆ) ด้วยตัวเอง เราว่าซุปแกแทบไม่ปรุงเค็มเลย มีแต่กลิ่นกระดูกหมูหอม ๆ หวานปลายลิ้น

หมูก็หมูลวกธรรมดา หมูชิ้น หมูสับ เครื่องใน ไม่มีอะไรพิเศษเลยนะ แต่ความเรียบ ๆ นี่แหละคือความพิเศษของแก

ถามว่า แล้วจะไม่เหมือนเดิมได้ยังไง ในเมื่อมันไม่มีอะไรเลย สิ่งที่ไม่เหมือนเดิมอย่างเดียวคือความคลาสสิค ความรอนาน ความถ้วยพลาสติกบ้าน ๆ หายไป กลายเป็นถ้วยกระเบื้องดูดี สวย ๆ มันก็อาจส่งผลต่อความรู้สึกบ้างแหละ

ที่ทำให้ชอบร้านนี้อีกคือ ให้โคตรเยอะ เยอะแบบ เยอะสาส ละมีก๋วยเตี๋ยวเนื้อด้วย แม้ไม่ได้เทพอะไรแต่ก็ถือว่าดีเลยสำหรับภูเก็ต
