I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this place. My group of three made separate bookings for massages, fully expecting to have our own private rooms. But when it was our turn, we were shocked that one of us had their own room and two of us were placed in the same room—without any prior warning or explanation.

When I asked the receptionist why this happened, I was met with the excuse: “I’m sorry, we are quite busy today, and there are no rooms available.” This is absolutely ridiculous. If you know you’re too busy to accommodate separate bookings properly, why even accept them? It’s an incredibly poor excuse for a clear lack of organization and professionalism.

This place is not cheap, and as paying customers, we deserved much better. The fact that they didn’t even inform us of this arrangement beforehand shows how little they value their customers.
