My first negative experience tribute to this massage business.
Full details: Went in to enquire about the massage slot, for 5 pax and the guy in green @ the counter, half heartedly answered my question as he was playing game (clearly not interested in the customer). After awhile, he told me that at 6:20pm there is slot for us. My friends started their massage around 6pm as there is slot for 2 pax, while 3 of us started at 6:20pm
My masseuse (curly hair male) started “massaging” me at 6:20, not really pressing or massaging, but more of rubbing my left leg for about 20 minutes. During the massage session, he was talking to my fiancé‘s masseuse throughout and kept stoping the massage intermittently, raising his hands up & gesturing, while talking.
By then I was already annoyed as I didn’t feel much, other than my leg hair getting caught on fire due to the abrasion.
The massage ended around 7:10 for me and my fiancé although we paid for a one hour massage. However, our friends ended their massage after a full hour. Due to the abrasion, my legs grew some bumps and we approached the guy but they said it was “allergy” due to the medicated oil. In all my years of massage, I did not have any allergy reaction. In the picture shown, if it is truly an allergy reaction, both legs would have been affected, but only my left leg was red & bumpy, as he kept rubbing and rubbing my legs instead of massaging. (Refer to the picture)
I did check with my friends, if their massage was good, 3 of them said it was ok, but my fiancé and mine kept talking to each other so most of the time, they were just touching our legs.
After my massage, my friends raised this issue to the masseuse. My masseuse and the green shirt guy at the counter, got offended and started shouting at us telling us it was allergy and not apologetic at all.
There was only 1 masseuse that was understanding and was apologetic to us while the green shirt guy (cashier counter) and others was just pure aggressive.
In summary: For any tourist/local, go at your own risk. I’ve been visiting Bangkok for 10+ years, and this is the WORST massage place EVER.
The price was also more expensive then many other places, first time in my life I did not tip the masseuse as that was just how bad it is.

I had an incredible experience at the Thai massage shop inside Platinum Mall! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The prices are very affordable, which is fantastic considering the quality of service. The shop's convenient location in the mall makes it a perfect way to unwind after a day of shopping.
I had a memorable incident where I accidentally left my valuable belongings behind, and the staff went above and beyond to return them to me even after closing hours. I highly recommend this place for an excellent massage and outstanding customer...
Read moreThis place is not the same as the thai massage places you get at the streets. It is is clean, and smells nice - well maintained. Located inside the Platinum mall, 5th floor, just underneath the food hall.
Price is higher than the streets (350baht for one hour for foot thai massage) but it is well worth the money.
Highly recommend to have a relaxing time if your group is doing shopping at...
