Do not book!! They confirmed to us twice via WhatsApp the meeting time was 18:45 (I confirmed again today that was the correct time and they said yes). Then they texted me at 17:55 asking me if I was close because they were leaving. They gave me the wrong time twice and then had the nerve to tell me I should have looked at my ticket time. I’ve been on plenty of sunset tours and you always go by what the activity provider tells you as the sunset time obviously differs every day. Super unprofessional, lack of accountability, and would avoid.

Updating after the feedback: I already have plans for the other evenings. You not only sent me incorrect time 2 months ago but then confirmed the wrong time again yesterday. Then you tried to blame me for not going by the ticket time after you confirmed the wrong time to me twice. Of course you should offer more than just a reschedule for your inconvenience. You are very unprofessional and you said yes oops we gave you the wrong time but you know what time you booked for and what time the ticket said, still trying to pass the blame to the customer for your multiple errors. Terrible experience! We had booked a bosphorus cruise but were late. Even though we had notified the guide in advance and even though we had arrived two minutes after the scheduled departure time, the guide never called us but only sent a photo of the boat now leaving. The experience was on a luxury yacht, so we would have expected greater attention towards the customer but instead they were disrespectful, rude and with only attention towards the money.

UPDATE - reply to you message: Esteemed tourist agency, This is not a review given by a single person across multiple accounts, but by 5 different people who had a bad experience. Furthermore, we arrived two minutes after the departure time; if you had read the reviews carefully you would have understood that what we have complained about is not so much the fact that you left without us but the carelessness and rudeness reserved for us. And the threatening tone you using says a lot about your attitude...

My family and I recently enjoyed a sunset cruise on the Bosphorus in Istanbul, and it was a truly memorable experience. We were accompanied by my two teenage daughters, and we all loved the opportunity to see both sides of the city from the water. The leisurely pace of the cruise allowed us to take in the stunning views and appreciate the beauty of the city.

The snacks and drinks provided on board were excellent, adding to the overall enjoyment of the trip. The host mete was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and comfortable throughout the journey.

It was a perfect way to spend an evening, and we would highly recommend this cruise to anyone looking to experience Istanbul from a unique perspective.
