Last night was one of the most disappointing and infuriating nights we’ve ever experienced at a venue, and sadly, it happened at your JBR branch during what was supposed to be a special birthday celebration for our friend.

We made a reservation for 9 people in advance, expecting that we’d have a proper table ready—like any decent place would arrange. But when we arrived, we were told to “just take whatever seat is left.” Seriously? Then what’s the point of taking reservations if you can’t even honor them?

It went from bad to worse from there. While the ladies were supposedly entitled to free drinks as part of Ladies’ Night, your staff—especially some of the Filipino waiters—treated us with so much rudeness and disrespect. They constantly ignored us when we asked for drinks, looked the other way when we tried to get their attention, and left us with no choice but to walk up to the bar ourselves just to get a drink.

We were told a waiter would be assigned to our table—no one showed up. We kept asking whoever passed by, only to be brushed off repeatedly. One of them even had the nerve to shout at us for simply asking for service.

And let’s be clear: we were not freeloaders. Our group spent a lot and yet we were treated like we were nothing—like we were just there to take advantage of the free drinks. That was not only insulting, it was straight-up discriminatory. What hurt even more was that this treatment came from our fellow kabayans. The stereotyping and prejudice we experienced was disgusting.

We came to celebrate, but instead we left frustrated, humiliated, and deeply disappointed. This was hands-down the worst customer service we've ever experienced. LSB JBR has completely lost our trust and respect. We will never come back, and we’ll make sure everyone we know hears about this shameful treatment.
