I have decided to visit the place for eyebrow & eyelash lamination combo. The result is that my eyebrows got tinted and much darker without permission and then some more product for lamination was applied😦 , as an effort to lighten them, which actually can damage the hair a lot. For ladies who want to do the procedure and as an information : tint on the same day is NOT suggested by any professional.( especially applied by force!) I have done the same procedure in the past (another salon) and I must say that this time my eyebrows hair got seem harsh, a bit cut or permed and the skin is very irritated.it’s for sure not the result that I had before. Also , the eyelashes seem inconsistent, at the one eye are lifted and some at the other one are quite curled 👀 In case there is someone who actually reads the reviews and care for the business ,I believe they should make sure that there are certain procedures that not everyone from the staff can do and realize that their employees must be well trained and certified for specific process. The receptionist did not charge me the eyebrow procedure at the end , but still it’s not about the cost but the result with which I had to come home with. I was hoping more on a professional solution -if any -and not a ‘remove from the bill solution’. Anyway , I am waiting for a contact from some one as the manager was busy, at least to tell me what I should apply or do with my little hair. Lesson learnt though and ladies be mindful about ‘combo prices’ that seem luring and good, it doesn’t worth to put any hair/the way you look at risk🙌🏻 I hope they can use the feedback and improve some things as I would like to give them a chance and try some other services....

Worst salon I’ve ever been to. Get your nails done literally anywhere else.

One of my nails was broken and instead of just making the other ones slightly shorter, the woman cut all of my nails extremely, ridiculously short without asking. It was not necessary to cut them that short at all and unfortunately I did not realize until it was too late. I don’t think my nails have ever been this short in my life, my fingers look weird.

Edges of gel polish near the cuticles on both my hands and feet are really poorly done, not neat work at all. Polish on toes does not sit flat like it should and edges on the the big toes are very bad. Not professional quality at all, worst I’ve ever received.

I will probably need to go get my nails repainted at least, unfortunately will have to wait a long time for my nails to grow out again.

Gel polish is very poor quality and has a weird chemically smell to it. I’ve gotten many gel manicures and never smelled anything like this.

Salon itself is unclean and the chairs are covered in nail dust and dirt, not cleaned...

I came in for a full hair color. The stylist let me know that she couldn't do the color I was asking for as it wasn't achievable (black to grey - on this point, I only went to the salon based on images they showed on their IG) however, she said ash blonde is achievable to which I agreed. 6 hours and 800 aed later.....I couldn't see the difference....she asked me to wait till the morning and 3 washes later. I did that and ended up with 8-10 strands of a horrible shade of brown - exactly what I did not want when it was suggested and also what happened to a full hair color?? Very far from being ash blonde. I asked for a refund but instead had the manager call me in to come for 'another consultation' to make sure that my hair could go through more color and toner. Overall the stylist was nice but the work was horrendous. Ruined my hair and I never bothered with another consultation so they could damage my hair further as I was already advised by another colorist that it would cause damage if I had more color done.
