I recently had the pleasure of visiting Trader Vic's in Dubai Marina, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment of stepping in to the last bite, everything was simply outstanding.

The restaurant's ambiance is warm, inviting, and simultaneously exotic. The Polynesian-inspired decor, combined with views of Dubai Marina's impressive skyline, creates a unique atmosphere that's perfect for celebrating a special occasion or simply enjoying an unforgettable meal.

The menu offers a wide range of premium dishes that capture the flavors of the South Seas. From the delectable appetizers to the delightful main courses, I felt like I was taken on a flavor journey. Particularly impressive were the succulent grilled meat and seafood dishes, perfectly prepared and served with an amazing variety of spices and sauces.

The service was as remarkable as the food. The staff was attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They assisted in selecting dishes and were always ready to answer any questions.

The highlight of my evening was undoubtedly the famous "Mai Tai" cocktail, which is a legend at Trader Vic's. Fruity, refreshing, and with a touch of exoticism, it perfectly embodies the culinary experience that the restaurant offers.

I took my wife Elizabeth last Friday (15/10/2021), to the Friday Cheeky Tiki brunch in the Trader Vic’s in Hilton Jumeirah Dubai.

We were warmly welcomed by Mr. Uchi, who was the Chief Organizer there and offered us seats, facing the live music band.

There were 2 Servers attending ours and the table next to us. We were mostly taken care by Mr. Kavee, who had been very courteous and attentive.

The cocktails were all rum based, in addition to the house beverages. We enjoyed the cocktails - Mai Tai, Maui Tai & the Passion Tai, and few additional shots of Rum too. The drinks were free flowing and Mr. Kavee ensured we got quick refills.

The Sharing food menu had sizable portions of Starters, Main Course and Desserts.

A variety of eight (8) items were in the Starters - Duck cabbage salad, Shrimp Ceviche & Dim Sum mix to name a few.

There were five items in the Main Course - we liked the Shrimps & Noodles with Thai Green Curry and the Flank Steak with Sweet Potato.

The four items in the Dessert were all fantastic. I liked the Triple Ripple Cheesecake and my wife had a second helping of the Bonofee Tart.

We felt very warmth hospitality and attention by Mr. Uchi, who took time out to check on us and served me a special cocktail too.
