This place has the rudest staff and the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced in my 7 years in Dubai.

We had made a booking a week ago for 15 of our community to meet up for drinks at this place. We usuallyorganize events for ppl between 100-4000ppl. This was a smaller meetup.

A day earlier they had communicated that we needed to pay a deposit of 1000 aed..obviously we were busy with work and when we arrive to the venue, the staff tells us there is a minimum spend of 150 aed. 150 AED is peanuts and most of us would drink for a lot more than that but the fact that none of this had been communicated during our booking was really bad.

We communicated this to the manager Hitesh, but he kept insisting that we have to pay this and was extremely rude and showed zero flexibility. So we ended up moving to a place next door.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pure Sky lounge, where Nisha served as my waitress. From the moment she greeted me, Nisha was warm, friendly, and attentive. She took the time to answer all of my questions about the menu and made excellent recommendations for both food and drink.

Throughout my meal, Nisha consistently checked in on me to make sure that I had everything I needed. She was always prompt, professional, and courteous, and her positive energy and enthusiasm made my dining experience all the more enjoyable.

In addition to her excellent service, I was impressed with Nisha's knowledge of the restaurant's offerings and her attention to detail. She went out of her way to ensure that my food was prepared exactly to my liking, and made sure that I was satisfied with everything from the temperature of my meal to the presentation on the plate.
