Bad hotel experience. I saw they greeted white guys when they entered in the hotel. No one wanted to serve me when I first entered in the hotel. They showed their weird eyes to me and did nothing. The female receptionist behaviour in the day shift was totally weird, when I walked in, I said, "Hello, I wanna check-in, I've already booked online." But the female receptionist didn't reply to me with any words immediately. I was so embarrassed, I think she was so busy at that time, so that's fine. After few seconds, she asked me for the passport and signature, no more words. She didn't ask how many persons I booked and what kind of beds I'd like to choose, nothing, she didn't tell me anything. For God's sake, it's two separate beds rather than king size bed. I meany I already reminded the hotel that I just want one bed, please see the booking confirmation. At 16:30, the female receptionist said she just wanna take taxi, I don't know she finished her work or what, a little bit disgusting for her behaviour. Fortunately, the male receptionist helped me to change the right room. Otherwise I would be freaked out for that female receptionist supremely poor customer service. 2.There is no tissue in the box. Although we ordered it, they never delivered to the room. I mean this is the basic courtesy of the world rather than the culture.
The Pakistani and Filipino staffs are friendly except the female receptionists. I saw another female receptionist yelling at two customers. Seriously? Please resign...

Due to a rescheduled flight, I had to book for my family, wife and three kids, early in the morning on Agoda. Even though we enquired with the receptionist twice that we would check in early and check out before evening the same day, they took advantage of my situation and charged us an additional fee for early check-in on arriving! The receptionist was inconsiderate, doesn't even listen to us and tries to charge you extra money as possible! We stayed in several hotels in Dubai and this was by far the worst. Even if the stay was only a few hours, it was unpleasant; no hospitality, no proper response to the guests. They did not provide us the room we had reserved! The room was smelly (from cigarette smoke) and not spacious. The female receptionist needs some serious training in dealing with guests!; had called four times to obtain a bottle of water!
