I made a purchase several years ago from Melissa as a present for my Mum, it was a Diamond daisy cluster pendant necklace to match her Daisy Cluster engagement ring. My Mum absolutely loved the necklace and has never taken it off, it makes me smile every time I see her knowing how loved it is. I have followed Melissa ever since adoring all of her posts of beautiful jewellery and rings, and Melissa has always been so friendly over dm’s. I initiallly found Holts Jewellery when I was searching for my engagement ring and was specifically looking for one with a hand engraved band and preferably a lab diamond. My fiancé's PhD was related to solar panels so especially perfect that their lab diamonds are created with solar power. Really rare to find this combination. We have been to Melissa twice now, once in her former Devonshire studio and now in her gorgeous Bath showroom and have had amazing experiences both times. She is extremely polite, understanding, fair, knowledgeable and honest. There are so many adaptations that can be done to new and existing rings, it feels like she can make anything!
