I have been seeing Liz at Ministry of Laser for about 2 years now and I’ve honestly had the best experience there! During my consultation Liz asked me which areas that I wanted treated and was honest when she advised me in the areas that would be least successful, meaning I wasn’t wasting my money or her/my time too. The prices at MOL are very reasonable and worth every penny. The staff are very welcoming when entering the building and there is a lovely and calming environment, you can easily tell that you will be getting professional treatment in the highest of standard. It is clear to see that all staff apply high hygiene standards which I find very reassuring especially during the current pandemic. Liz gives you clear instructions before, during and after treatment to maximise results which shows that she wants the best for you! She also gives you a free test patch on your consultation appointment to ensure that your skin does not have a negative reaction to the laser and it also gives you an idea of how the laser feels (it’s a little pinch but totally bearable) I have always felt confident with my treatment with Liz as she has had many years experience with the NHS, (she knows her stuff!) so when Liz suggested I try a session with Jade I knew I would be fine and completely at ease. I was right, Jade is lovely and easy to talk to. I would recommend Jade to anyone I know who is interested in laser hair removal. If you aren’t sure about getting laser hair removal, visit MOL and I can guarantee you will change your mind when you are told about all the benefits. Could not more highly recommend Ministry of Laser! Liz is THE biggest sweetheart in the world!

I’m SUPER shy and self conscious when it comes to my excess hair and have always waxed/shaved myself. It grows so fast and is so dark which is great for lasering, but the biggest pain for everyday life! Shave in the morning, prickly by night, and don’t even get me started on the ingrown hairs ugh.

I had previously gotten maybe a combined total of a dozen laser treatments by 2 different companies in the U.S. (only under my arms) with about an 80% hair reduction, then we moved to Glasgow and I switched back to shaving. I couldn’t take it anymore and set up my consultation with Liz. She explained everything so thoroughly. Also took a look at my hair that had been previously lasered and was so disappointed with the money I had wasted with improper treatment and the amount of hair that was still present under my arms that she said should definitely be gone by now with how many treatments I have had. I was so comfortable with her, I decided to do my full body.

I got my first treatment and could not be more thrilled, I just want to cry!!!! Not only did she handle all insecurities so professionally, just like she said it would, after 2 weeks, the hair started to fall out!! What a dream, I have never experienced anything like that. I can’t wait to finish the treatments! She is super reasonably priced and willing to work with you, but with these results, I’d give her my firstborn child.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after consistently having outstanding experiences here. When Sk:n Clinics went into liquidation in July 2024, I was not only left out of pocket for prepaid sessions but also without a reputable Laser Hair Removal provider in Aberdeen that used reliable laser technology.

Upon doing a ton of research and reaching out to Ministry of Laser, I immediately felt welcomed, and the entire process was made seamless. I truly felt like a valued customer and there were no overwhelming terms and conditions or demands for upfront payments just to secure my sessions. They even offered flexibility by allowing me to reschedule a session last minute if travel arrangements became an issue.

After completing a total of 4 sessions with Fleur now, the results have been amazing and I have now decided to switch to maintenance treatments as needed throughout the year. Fleur made me feel completely at ease during each session, and it was through my experience with her that I realised just how uncomfortable and unprofessional previous sessions with other clinics had been, as well as why I wasn’t seeing the results I had initially hoped for. I also appreciated that I never felt pressured to book additional sessions and instead, was given friendly & helpful advice throughout.

I travel nearly six hours round-trip to visit this clinic, and if it weren’t absolutely worth it, I wouldn’t be investing in Ministry of Laser.
