DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AGENCY!!!! They will RIP YOU OFF. You will NEVER get you FULL deposit back.. They will find anything to take your money and fund their operation. They deduct for fair wear and tear. You fill fight them in a TDS dispute. You will use professional cleaners at the end of your tenancy. They will claim that you didn't. You will fight them. If you damage anything, expect a hefty repair quote. However, when you move in it's quite obvious they aren't intersted in giving you a perfectly clean unit or fixing everything from the previous tenant. They harass you for eveything. Property checks, winter garden checks, electric outlets and power checks, drainage and plumbing checks, heating and cooling checks. You're constanlty sending photos/making appointments and having to deal with people. Moving out is a complete hassle and once checkout is complete they basically ban you from the property. It's unprofessional.

If possible, rent directly from an owner so you can feel more at home and at peace as a legal resident in an expensive development! We have friends here who rented directly from owners and had a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE. It made us feel like we were missing out on something better whilst PAYING MORE MONEY.

Customer service is shocking from this company, over the past 7 days I’ve tried endlessly to make contact about trying to rent an apartment, from the enquiry forms on their website, to phoning the numerous different numbers they have. No replies what so ever! I’m literally wanting to give you guys over £30k a year and you’re not interested.

I’m not sure what it takes to try and get a viewing and actually rent here, as far as I can see it is impossible.

This awful customer service makes me extremely suspicious that the vast amount of these “5 star ratings” are in fact fake. I spoke to someone in the convenience shop at the entrance to the building and they re-iterated that they are notorious for ignoring people, including when actual tenants have an issue within their apartment.

Do not rent out your property with Battersea Power Station. They push to take over “management,” but in reality they side with tenants, allow serious damage to your apartment, and then they irresponsibly make sure the landlord gets nothing. They are uncontactable — you can call endlessly and they simply won’t pick up. The service is appalling, unprofessional, and outright hostile to landlords.
