I love bread. I love it so much that I go ballistic when it comes to sampling it and tasting it from boulangeries and bakeries all over the world, including of course, London.
If you have ever tried a baguette in Paris you know that it's not just a baguette -- there are not only many types of baguettes that are available in this city of love - be it traditionnelle or au sarrasin - there is also a cult of quality that comes with it, and an annual competition that helps us to choose the best - the paradise place for anyone really who loves the simplest, yet most powerful bread in the world.
