Boots Pharmacy — Local services in London

very disappointing and disrespectful experience, i had to wait for 20 mins to collect my prescribed medication, the pharmacist had his assistant complete the work while he moved on to other customers to talk about tablets off the shelf. Once he confirmed it all he totally ignored me and moved on to the next customer and i was left with a medication not knowing what it’s exactly for or even given the chance to didcuss with a professional. This pharmacy is I think the worst out of all boots ones. I have never encountered so much mess and luck of organisation in any pharmacy before. The queues are often very long and you have to wait ages to be served and when I try to buy the supplements almost always they are HIGHER ON price then what it says on the shelf. I had it happening to me so often thst I think they do it on purpose. I even spoke to supervisor about it, ( the manager was not present)but...

Workers there dont even wanna help not even in the pharmacy section one says “ I’m on a break “ and the other doesn’t feel like helping.
