I was in Boots a few days ago, in front of the Disney store to buy a suitable foundation for me and I found Kate, a YSL employee, who literally changed my day. With her professionalism, patience and kindness taught me how to apply products, being very bad at make-up and how to do a daily make-up with YSL products. Thank you Kate!!! I will definitely be back! You know how to make costumers happy! ☺️☺️☺️

A very big store however brands are a little all over the place. I was slightly disappointed I couldn’t find a product despite the website saying the product is in stock. I spent about 30 minutes there and I couldn’t find a single member of staff unless they were already busy. Either way the store has a big selection and I’ll be back.

In my view, the BEST Boots in the whole London. Because of the two levels, on for beauty and the other one for medicine and food. Literally this place as everything you wanted.

On behalf of my partner's experience -

Dear Boots Customer Service,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding a series of distressing experiences I recently encountered at your Oxford Circus branch on two consecutive days.

On Monday, as well as Thursday. I was subjected to blatant harassment, unwarranted surveillance, and unjust treatment by your security officer. Despite being a loyal and paying customer, I was treated as a suspect as soon as I entered the store. I believe that my age, appearance, and gender were unfairly targeted, resulting in a humiliating and uncomfortable shopping experience.

On both occasions, I was dressed appropriately in chinos and a medium cream coat on one day, and a bright white All Saints coat on the other. I want to emphasize that I have the means to purchase items and have no intention or need to engage in any form of theft. Despite my clear intention to shop and make legitimate purchases, I was made to feel embarrassed and singled out by your security officer.

On the first day, the security officer followed me around the store and watched me at the till as I made a purchase, monitoring my every move. This intrusive behavior continued on the second day when the same security officer expressed a desire to "escort me to the till" while I was waiting for assistance from another staff member to find a Fenty concealer.

I find it troubling that this behavior was not exhibited towards any other customers in the store. It is disheartening to think that, as a 24-year-old woman, I was subjected to such treatment when I was merely seeking to engage in a regular shopping experience.

This kind of treatment is not only disrespectful but also damages the reputation of Boots as a customer-friendly and inclusive establishment. I urge you to address this matter promptly and thoroughly, conducting an investigation into the conduct of your security officer at the Oxford Circus branch. Additionally, I request that appropriate action be taken to ensure that no customer, regardless of age, gender, or appearance, is subjected to similar mistreatment in the future.

I believe in the importance of providing constructive feedback to improve customer service, and I trust that you will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation and prevent any recurrence of such distressing experiences.

Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to a prompt...

I'm so grateful I really appreciate what you've done.

"Thank you for your excellent performance. boots organization is lucky to have you and I appreciate all your hard work and dedication."

in monday evening First of all, I would like to thank the lady who gave me information about hemorrhoids in the pharmacy section. Unfortunately, I did not ask the name of that respected lady.I tell him here "Thank you for your excellent performance. boots organization is lucky to have you and I appreciate all your hard work and dedication."

In the second stage. I want the tall young male intern to focus more on his work. He made a lot of mistakes in Monday evening. First, he charged an item twice. He took the item again and scanned it. And in the end I left there without apologizing. This happened around 4pm yesterday and unfortunately I trusted and didn't check the shopping box. And at 11 o'clock at night, when I got home, I found out from Central London. The item you scanned is not in the box. This was very strange. How can a cashier accept so many busy thoughts and lack of focus on service delivery in such an important company, even as a student. This is a sign of management (( Manj Ghai )) weakness in selecting new employees.

The third and final stage

in Tuesday I spoke with customer service at 9 am. But that lady also acted very harshly and said that we can't do it. You must go to the branch of your choice. In short, on Tuesday (today) I went to the Oxford branch again with an expensive train and wasted my time.

When I arrived at branch, he saw a very polite and dignified lady (Lian). In the end, he helped me respect and came with me and delivered my goods with the box and apologised.

Today is the 5th of Saturday evening and I want to complain about the weak management for hiring an inexperienced and inexperienced trainee. It is also in the cash register and pharmacy section. Young man 🧍‍♂️🤦‍♂️

I would like to thank the lady again who helped me on Monday at 3:50 in the afternoon regarding hemorrhoids. In pharmacy boots . Oxfords 193 And lady Lian thanks for your help in the Tuesday afternoon .

The only thing I can do is to give 5 stars because of these two hardworking and responsible employees. 🙏🙏🙏 Thanks...

NEW It’s happened tonight at Oxford street boots . The one which close to the Tottenham Court and mark and Spenser.I looked at men's deodorizers. There was a set of body spray Ted baker. I opened the box and closed it. I was carried this box and looked at another items. Store assistant comes up and says. You just stole stuff Show me the bags. I stand up in shock and look at her. I say you do not have the right to check my bags, I did not steal anything. She continues to say no, I saw, show the bags and transmits on the walkie-talkie. Here in the men's department is theft. So the manager came, Store assistant said check the cameras, this woman stole something., check her bags immediately We went down to the office,The manager began to say that she actually did not say that I stole something. I say I will sue them. They never looked at camera. . I automatically began to empty the bags and show what was inside. By the way, they didn't even open and check the deodorant box. They accused me of stealing but didn't even check to see if I stole the deodorants. This is embarrassing! I still can’t believe that happened. The costumer service woman was very rude and blamed me. So basically they blamed me for stealing stuff without any evidence. In front of the people around . Everyone has been stared at me. I felt so bad . . What she did should be done by the security and only if you left the store without paying for the goods. But the security must also be 200% sure that you took this product and did not pay. Store assistant is never apologised. I’m very stressed and upset! Date of experience: 10...
