I called multiple times over a period of 6 days at 6 different times, and no one answered the phone?! One day finally someone picked up the phone and when I challenged them of the embassy working hours , I got the most awkward and hostile response ever! -Who are you to know the embassy’s working hours, an Inspector?! Bad experience 10 years ago, noting have changed since. I'm not sure why this embassy exists in London at all, when no-one respond on your calls or emails.
