I’ve just come back from this salon and honestly could not speak higher of the hair stylists and the service I received. They were able to give me a last minute appointment to remove extensions that were put in by another salon, and were quick to communicate via WhatsApp. I have had a full head mix of keratin bond and micro ring extensions in for three years and wanted to take them out in order to look after my natural hair. In taking out my extensions they were so gentle and caring and gave me such genuine advice on how to care for my natural hair which is very thin and fine. I asked last minute whether they had time to give my hair a trim in order to begin the journey of looking after my natural hair, and Helena was able to do it even though they were closing very soon. Not only that, she washed and blow dried my hair beautifully despite it not being part of the service I booked. Helena, Mariana, and Marcus are such lovely people, full of energy and life, kind and genuine, and I immensely appreciate the high level of care they took in making sure I felt amazing on leaving the salon and comfortable with my natural hair. Victoria Hair Studio came highly recommended by a friend who has been a devoted client of Alessandra for several years. The expertise of Alessandra and her staff were evident from the moment I walked in, they took the time to greet me and made me feel at home. Burnt my hair from root to tip. As a regular cut and blow dry customer, I came here for a Keratin Blowdry, with Bianca doing the treatment. While drying my hair I told her four times she was burning my scalp and hair. Her response - “do you want to dry your hair yourself” This wasn’t a rough blow dry, it was setting a keratin treatment. When I washed my hair for the first time after the treatment I couldn’t even run my fingers through my hair. It was like matted wire wool. The “after” photos shown are after three intensive at-home Olaplex treatments. I then went to another hairdressers for an assessment, where they said my hair had been severely burnt, traumatised, and was broken off throughout, and recommended a treatment plan.

When I went in to the salon to show Bianca and got her to feel my hair I didn’t even get an apology. She just looked at me blankly.
