I took a few strolls around the famous Hatton Garden comparing quality and prices but the place I chose to take care of business was not somewhere I chanced across - in fact it doesn't even have a shop window. I was brought here by the overwhelmingly positive reviews on Google Maps and gave them a call to arrange an appointment.

Vince saw me himself and was great to deal with. We went over the various standards of quality together, looked for something within my budget and picked out a stone. I gave him some rough designs for the shape and a couple of weeks later my ring was ready, surpassing all my expectations - it's absolutely stunning.

It's obvious how much Vince cares about his work and the whole experience, which I expect a lot of places could make quite stressful, was in fact easy and enjoyable. The focus on service makes all the difference and the price and quality can't be beaten.

My girlfriend loves the ring but it was a little big - I went back and they resized it for free. Bad news - it was still a little big so we went back together to make sure we got the right size - and they did it for free again! I was expecting a charge for the second time at least but what can I say - they're committed to great service.

I decided to try Hatton Garden Jewellers based on the reviews on Tripadvisor and Google reviews. One is always rather cautious when making such an important purchase. I am glad to say that the reviews were very accurate.

I placed my order for a platinum roma design engagement ring for my fiancee a few days before Christmas. Vincent was very friendly and put me at ease. He had a wide variety of diamonds, all GIA certified which was very important to me. He established my budget at the start and only showed me the diamonds that were within my price range. There was absolutely no pressure to be at the higher end of my price bracket. I had a fairly clear idea what I was looking for in terms of the 4 'c' prior to seeing him and so the process was very quick. The order was made and Vince and his team were able to have the ring ready on time. My fiancee absolutely loves the ring!

Since then we have purchased our wedding rings from Hatton Garden Jewellers. We did have a look at the high street jewellers but we were not able to find what we wanted. When I went to Hatton garden looking for an engagement ring for my partner, nearly every shop I entered I felt like I was being pushed and pressurised into buying, but it didn't seem/feel right.
