A terrible place filled with miserable staff who don’t want to be there. We went in to get some shoes, ready to spend whatever.

Picked up two pairs, asked a female member of staff for them in size 7. “No, we don’t have size 7” and she just walked away and stood next to a colleague. So we chose two other pairs, asked a different member of staff who kissed his teeth when we asked for size 7, then said “yeah sure I’ll get them”. He came out of the back after a few minutes and ignored us. Not a single member of staff was actually working, and we waited for 20 minutes until we gave up and left. Went to Adidas downstairs and had the shoes within five minutes from someone who was actually nice...

Miss Daniela, please find another job as it’s clear you don’t like working at the store. When a customer is asking you to see another pair of shoes, there is a reason for that; and you go to the back and check, you don’t say you don’t have them anymore right away, without even looking at a screen. Your reply was so fast it was like you were waiting all day to say that. The laziness could be felt in your tone and lack of smile. Like the other reviews have said, the staff and their attitude is what brings this place down. It’s very awkward in store, no one wants to help you, no one’s friendly, everything seems like a big task or chore when it’s just their job they’re doing. If you don’t want to do it, or act like it’s the biggest pain in the world to do the most simple task, don’t work there. Your job is literally to help customers and you don’t want to do it? The staff all just talk to eachother and ignore customers....
