The store was closed, no one inside. It looked very ghostly, abandoned. The shelves had the albums, the posters and everything else on them, but the shop was very, very, very dark. The floor was covered with a carpet of dust, ripped papers all around the floor. The windows were dirty as well, very hard to see inside the shop. On the door was no program, no hours, nothing. It was clearly closed. You are walking there just to see an abandoned store, with abandoned albums and merch, all dusty because of the lack of attention to the store. cute shop, brilliant idea, brilliant range of albums, merchandise, bt21, and photo cards! lots of rare albums/harder to find groups too!! the business is run by word of mouth more than anything else- and it just proves it’s a credit to itself by the success they’ve had.

i really cannot fault this store for anything, down to the lovely staff and the guy who gave me a free shooky keyring with the album i bought on my birthday because suga is my bias! 😊 made my day, and we plan to tell our friends to visit.

The people in these reviews are trying to make this store a haunted house... literally I went to it and it was so nice!! They sell girl group stickers like twice and red velvet, but very few. I'll break it down like this: 80% of what they sell are BTS stuff, 15% other boy group stuff, and the other 5% are girl group stuff. Go there if ur an army or boy group stan. Other than that, the person behind the counter said that the reason for the bad reviews are because they were half open during the pandemic and it was a mess.
